Visit of the Observatory of Territorial Rights to Chaluayaco: the land of fish

In November 2021, the National Commission on Indigenous Territories (CNTI) and its Observatory of Territorial Rights accompanied ACIMVIP on a week-long walk through the Inga Indigenous Reservation of Chaluayaco, in Villagarzón. The activity sought to strengthen the chaskis, Indigenous Guardians of the Colombian Amazon (CIAC), included training in georeferencing, and worked on the recognition and appropriation of the ancestral territory in order to preserve it. The CNTI announced the close of the accompaniment on 11 November 2021 on its social media.
